June 6, 2014 – The VOTE 4 YOUR CHOICE contest is in the final hours of voting.

     For those who aren’t familiar with the VOTE 4 YOUR CHOICE reader poll. The idea came about after the unexpected attention that was drawn to Reality’s Exit. Reality’s Exit is the first book under the Short Stories From The Heart series by Author SD Tracy Harper currently on sale in the Amazon’s Kindle Book Store. What makes this book of short stories (Extremely Long short stories) different from others, is the concept of having a synopsis and rating guide in the back of the book. This singular difference allowed the reader (shameless plug) to pick the story that best fit their emotions or anti-emotions. Keeping with the same spirit of this concept gave birth to the VOTE 4 YOUR CHOICE contest. It’s unknown how revolutionary it is to allow readers to have a choice on what they would wish to read before a book is published, but it’s also an opportunity to have a crap load of fun. Information on, the choices are viewed in two ways.

     Synopsis are given through the Vote 4 Your Choice tab and sample chapters are given by way of the Sneak Peek tab.. The synopsis are clear, short, and gives you the overall feel of each choice offered. The Sample Chapters or Sneak Peeks gives just enough to spark your interest in wanting more. The VOTE 4 YOUR CHOICE contest was made for readers in mind and it doesn’t hurt to stir up some early excitement and have some fun along the way. However, during this contest there were several setbacks. The reader’s poll was the greatest obstacle. This was solved by writing, the vote count changes daily and compiling the overall count at the end of the week prior to resetting the reader’s poll. E-mails were a great idea at the time, but quickly got out of hand. With the crash of the early reader’s polls, I look back at this and is very grateful. This also allowed me to give out updates.

     On several occasions, it was publicized what books received the most attention. This is by no means to say they will come out the winner.  There were some surprises along the way, but overall leading vote getters may have changed places from time to time, but each had remained strong. To keep the suspense going, they are not in the Top Votes Order. These books are: book #2 Almost Married, book #3 Fail To Remember, and book #6 “The Emperors Heir.  Now it’s time to bring this exciting  experiment to its ultimate conclusion with this final hours.
